Moksha Challenge: Day 13

Saturday morning and I managed to get myself to the 8:30am class! I had a busy day planned so I had to make sure I got my practice in somehow. It was a great flow class!

I really enjoy this quote. This goes back to something I learned during my 40 day challenge about being reactive. Often times we just start reacting (by talking...or yelling) instead of listening to the full story. It makes me think of how sometimes when I am in a conversation with someone I can't seem to get a word in edgewise. I wait for them to finish, then when I am ready to say my piece about whatever it is we are talking about, I get cut off and they just want to talk about themselves. I notice this more now because I'm the one listening now. Interesting!
