I made these muffins on the weekend and they are yummy. I've been eating them as part of my breakfast in the morning with either granola and blueberries or Greek yogurt and fruit and they are a perfect addition:)
Here is the recipe.
The only difference I had from the recipe (which was not on purpose!) was that 1/4 of a yolk fell in when I cracked one of the eggs. Oops!
