Here is the recipe:
-3 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp low sodium tamari
-1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
-1 clove garlic (or 1/2 tbsp garlic powder)
-squeeze of fresh lemon juice

I used the marinade on chicken and grilled it. Sides were 1/2 a baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli and mushrooms with balsamic vinegar/olive oil/garlic powder/onion powder |
