Week one is complete, and the results are in...
I didn't do as well as I'd hoped. My intention was do to at least 3 home practices, and I only did 1. I also had a couple of days where I did not follow a clean eating diet. One of them being a birthday party, and the other a bridal shower. I'm going to put this week in the past and try to motivate myself to do better in week 2.
I was finding it very hard to motivate myself to do home practices during week 1. For my 40 days to personal revolution, I was mostly doing home practices, and they just became part of my routine. For the 30 day Moksha challenge I was able to be in the studio everyday with a teacher leading me through my practice. I have to push myself a little harder and not dwell on the fact that I'm not in the studio, nor is my room heated so I'm not getting the sweat factor in there.
Only 6 weeks left to go, excited for week 2's challenge!
